Diggs We Are Shitting. . . .

I am still undecided with what I'll call this occasional style of updates...of which I have kidded my self will be daily (when I struggle to even get the time to make it weekly!)

I mostly intended to just highlight stuff that makes me smile on my way to work, I think the problem becomes that I want to show too much and get carried away!

So I promise, brevity will be the key, I'll be short and sweet, say almost next to fuck all (except this once) and just show the great art that remains on the somewhat barren streets of the currently buffed East end (all courtesy of your friend and mine shown below....someone please tag the shit out of this van if you ever see it)

The only solution is a blank canvas...that works?!

So to get the ball rolling...a man who needs no introduction...not one of his most amazing works, but hey...still bloody marvellous.

I'm Not A Pavement Sniffer, I'm A Pavement Sniffers Son

Just a quick Monday update on street life (which may or may not become a regular "thing")..... I think Monday is too boring a day to do it, but at the same time I hope at least one or two pieces make you smile.

Firstly, Dave The Chimp with another of the now numerous pieces around Hoxton by himself. This being the second colab with Spanish laaaydeee Rabodiga www.flickr.com/photos/rabodiga

Then two new names (to me at least) and certainly both leave me wanting more "Sofiski" (as yet cannot find anything else on Flickr....I must remember that other websites do exist) and some nice stuff from "Mr Ace" (haven't yet looked further into weblinks thus far)

Some long awaited action on the streets from Beejoir in the form of "Believing Standard" Newstand Banners. He brought with him his Souled Out Studio cohort and partner in grime "Mau Mau".....both are in town for this week's Leonard Street Gallery Show (more to come from NoLions on that front soon!) It was good to see some of his amazing styles next to some of the best Cyclops stuff I have yet seen on the street . . .or anywhere for that matter.

And then to finish that little lot off, a really cool Sickboy tag :)

Sickboy update . . .

A few of the bits spotted in recent months, he must be busy as he has slowed down a bit (on my route at least) some of these pics are from a trip to Bristol in November. More of which will follow soon(ish)

Sickboy. . .

Still not entirely sure what the Temple resembles (I'm off to read his new website www.thesickboy.com where I may or may not find out)

However and whatever, as per usual, I care not for explanation, reason, cause or anything like it.

It just looks the chuffin nuts :o) The Colab with Sweet Toof and Cyclops recently are hopefully the first of many. Lots of lush stuff to come from them all if they do or not either way. Long may it continue...every damn where!
